Attempting Lemon Sugar Cookies 

This was a picture of the cookie dough. It got scooped out and put in the fridge for a few days.

This is a second shot of the cookie dough with my favorite lemon press that I use to squeeze lemons
img_0698-1The dough was so soft it was helpful that it was cold. I rolled them in a mixture of lemon rind, white sugar and demara sugar. They were popular at The Eastover Dinner I attended over the weekend.
