This recipe was fun and delicious! I used a scoop and chilled the dough so it was easier to shape. I made a mixture of demara sugar, fresh lemon rind and white sugar to roll the cookies, and the delicate texture was appreciated by Mr. Fussbudget, my the local cookie aficionado!
t of course I shared these lovely treats! Some found their way to the accountants office , wand were served at two separate Easter dinners.
